Andrew Cudd
Co-Founder & Technician
Andrew is a marriage and family therapist with a deep-seated curiosity about the mechanisms that drive positive change in people's lives.
Throughout his career, Andrew has relentlessly pursued training and experiences that would expand his understanding of various treatment approaches, all with the aim of providing the most effective service to the community he serves.
Andrew’s interest in Neurotherapy was sparked by the acclaimed book "The Body Keeps the Score". This led him to explore how life experiences, both positive and negative, can reshape our neurological pathways. Andrew was particularly drawn to the challenge of aiding individuals who had suffered deep neurological wounds that altered their perception and experience of distress.
His research led him to discover microcurrent Neurofeedback, a technology he admires for its solid research backing and its potential to heal the brain from the impacts of life's circumstances. The positive feedback from clients who have experienced significant change and positive movement using this approach is a daily source of inspiration and affirmation for Andrew.
Residing in Cleveland, Tennessee, Andrew enjoys a diverse range of community and outdoor experiences. He has adopted a lifestyle that incorporates many of the healthy habits often recommended in books or discussed on podcasts. He enjoys spending time outdoors with friends, reading, exercising, and practicing mindfulness daily.
However, Andrew is not all work and no play. He believes in the importance of balance in life and is not afraid to step away from his disciplined routine. Every so often, he indulges in ordering a pizza and spending the day watching TV. This balance, he believes, is key to maintaining a healthy and fulfilling life.
